Acts 10 Peter and Cornelius
Simultaneously, God sends a message to Simon Peter and a Roman Centurian, named Cornelius. In this story of acceptance and salvation, scripture teaches us that God's love is for everyone willing to accept it, regardless of ethnic and racial boundaries. Lukes writtings teaches us to follow God's commands rather than societies norms. It also teaches us that what we learned, as children, may not stand up to scrutiny when compared to scripture.
